To reinforce our activity, we are currently seeking highly motivated
engineer for the following open position:

Senior Etch Process Engineer (ref. 419)

For our wafer fab in Switzerland, we are looking for qualified engineers who would like to join our fab process group. You will be responsible for maintaining the fab processes in the etch area, especially in poly, nitride, metal and oxyde etch. You will ensure the development and modification of existing processes for various tool groups and participate to the development of new processes and technologies. You will manage problem solving of highly technical and non technical matters in a complex environment.

For a successful and quick integration for this position, you should have a university degree in microelectronic, electrical, chemical or mechanical engineering, physics or related disciplines, with approximately 3 to 5 years experience in plasma etch in a state of the art company. A wet etch experience would be an asset.
