Who we are
B-Source is a Swiss company owned by BSI and Banca del Gottardo. B-Source is the market leader for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and IT Outsourcing (ITO) to banks in private banking and wealth management. The company provides BPO services to banks and international bank groups, and ITO services to bank groups and financial service providers. The headquarters and one data center of B-Source are based in Lugano where the company employs about 400 people. The other locations are in Geneva and Zurich. The staff is composed of bankers and IT specialists. In total the number of employees is 530.
Certifications and credentials:
All B-Source services are compliant with the Swiss Federal Banking Commission legislation rules and standards and are certified by external auditors every year. Two data centers in Lugano and Zurich secure business continuity. The entire company is ISO 9001 certified since 2000.
The strategic partners of B-Source are Infosys Technologies Ltd., Odyssey Asset Management System, the Center for Sourcing Competence of the University of St. Gallen, IMG, Fujitsu Siemens, SAP, BearjngPoint and API.

What we do
B-Source offers its Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and IT Outsourcing (ITO) services to banks in private banking and asset management, in Switzerland and to their international affiliates, branches and/or partners, and to retail banks in Switzerland.
Our business model
BPO stands for �Business Process Outsourcing�,
ITO stands for �IT Outsourcing�.
ITO primarily comprises comprehensive IT services at the IT infrastructure level that include all bank-specific IT operations and can optionally be combined with tried and true applications covering the entire functional scope of private banking. This application platform integrates dedicated solutions from B-Source and selected partners - solutions that are functionally rich and highly scalable.
ITO enables even small institutes to rely on secure, up-to-date IT services and to use them to serve their customers.
BPO goes a step further by completing the ITO offering with bank back-office services performed by B-Source staff to offer service modules covering the entire range of banking back-office services.
In other words, BPO is the customizable solution that puts our customers in a position to focus on what matters to their customers.
