It graduate program

Our Information Technology (IT) department offers permanent positions beginning with a graduate program of 18 months in our Geneva office. During this period graduates will undertake various assignments in a wide variety of areas within the department. These range from technical disciplines to business analysis responsibilities, where a thorough knowledge of the business will be developed.

Global rotational program - tap

The Associates Program (TAP) at Capital is a unique opportunity for exceptional individuals - with ANY university major or concentration - from around the world who are interested in learning firsthand about the various facets of investment management. A two-year rotational program, TAP gives you experience in a variety of business areas through six four-month assignments tailored to the needs of our business and your skills and interests. The rotational series is designed to help you make informed career choices and help us find and develop individuals who have a long-term interest in Capital. TAP associates are initially based in Southern California, but subsequent assignments may be in any of our Asian, European or North American offices.
