But it isn't just our approach to development that's dynamic - our reward strategy will offer you the freedom to make your remuneration package as unique as you are. Whether you need to maximise cash flow, make your childcare more affordable or ramp up your health cover - we won't leave you wanting.

A bit about us

Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu is a leading global network of 70 professional services firms operating in over 140 countries. Our 140,000 people advise more than half of the world's largest companies and public sector institutions, offering them first-class Audit, Tax, Consulting, Corporate Finance, Enterprise Risk and Financial Advisory services.

Deloitte in Switzerland

Deloitte set up shop in Switzerland in 1961. Since then, we've grown to 700 staff spread throughout our Swiss headquarters in Zurich and our other offices in Basle, Geneva, Lausanne and Lugano.
Late last year, our Swiss and United Kingdom firms merged - allowing us to offer our clients an even broader range of tailor-made local services, powerful value-adding solutions and specialist expertise.

Now we need you

Post-merger, our firm continues to grow fast. That's why we're looking for graduates with strong intellects, an entrepreneurial approach, great social and communication skills, team spirit, drive and dedication.
From day one, you'll be personally accountable for delivering the right result on challenging assignments. You'll need to work hard, take a flexible and collaborative approach - and exceed your clients' expectations at all times.
We'll also want you to take advantage of the many development opportunities we offer - such as our Swiss Accountancy Academy, which helps prepare our audit graduates for federal exams.
In return, you'll get to develop fast and to deliver world-class, innovative business solutions that will make a real difference to our clients.

Where do you want to go?

So, where do you want to be going this time next year?
If you're ready to become what you want to be - you're ready for Deloitte.

Our Audit teams account for nearly half of our Swiss workforce, while over a fifth of our people work in our Tax service line. The rest of our people are focused on Consulting (13%), Enterprise Risk Services (6%), Financial Advisory Services (2%) and Corporate Support.

Our destination

Our strategy is simple: We want to be recognised as the pre-eminent and most-trusted professional services firm, famous for the calibre of our people and respected for the exceptional quality of our work.

Our people strategy

We want to be the number one firm for career and personal development - a place where talented people can do their best work, progress quickly, and fast fulfil their potential.
