Do you have what it takes?

Each Nestl� employee possesses unique qualities and skills, but those who do well also tend to share some common characteristics. For a start, they have an international mindset, which means open-mindedness and respect combined with flexibility and adaptability.

We also look for:

  • A university-level degree, either technical or business
  • Practical experience through intern-ships, work placement and/or a first professional experience
  • Language skills (fluent in English with a sound knowledge of two additional languages)
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, a creative and enthusiastic personality, the ability to act as a "change agent"
  • The willingness and skills to cooperate proactively in order to reach results
  • The ability to manage complexity and to apply tact, diplomacy and an open-mind
  • A broad outlook, varied interests, intellectual and geographical mobility (willingness to move anytime and anywhere according to the Company's needs)
