Our Mission
P&G is a company with a strong culture: our integrity, sense of ownership and passion for winning are the characteristics that distinguish us from other companies. At P&G we consider people as our most important asset and therefore the development of each individual is a priority to us. As a new hire in this dynamic context, you will be able to contribute to your best in a challenging environment, where your own ideas and personality are your most important assets. Training on the job, as well as functional and corporate training will be an important aspect throughout your career.
At P&G we view diversity as a huge asset that generates fresh attitudes, different perspectives and exciting new ideas. Diversity is also about understanding people's individual needs and domestic commitments. Different circumstances require different working arrangements. That's why we've introduced various flexible work plans that allow you to continue on your career path while working fewer days per week or less hours per day. This means you can reduce your working week without reducing your work prospects. If you're a new parent, our Family Care Leave enables you to take a year's unpaid leave to enjoy time with your family.
All P&G people are also able to take a sabbatical of up to three months every seven years.
