Key Account Manager Zurich

Success & Career is a consulting house that offers advice to students and young professionals on how to get a job. Every year, we produce a bilingual career guide dedicated to students and graduates of Swiss universities, universities of applied sciences and HES that became the leader of its branch. In addition, we offer two info magazines, Bachelor Career and Master Career. And 2 months ago, we launched a new website.

RESPONSIBILITIES
To launch our new website in the German speaking part of Switzerland, we are searching for a strong representative that will help us increase the market share of the company. The candidate will have a key position and responsibilities in the development of our company.

•: Development of the network, local contact person, development of various projects
• Sales: loyalty of the current customers and acquisition of new customers for our different media
• PR: Participation in the Human Resources activities in German-speaking Switzerland, publication of the company image, participation in a large number of Career forums

PROFILE
• 2-5 years of experience with results, ideally in placement agency / human resources areas/ services
• Ability of working in a independent and disciplined manner, responsible, dynamic,  proactive and tenacious attitude

• Proven track record in Sales and ability to meet or exceed quotas
• Sense of communication and customer orientation
• Eloquent, persuasiveness
• Entrepreneurship
• Degree in Bachelor or equivalent experience
• Languages: German / Swiss German + English and / or French
