With approximately 6’000 employees, -ALSTOM (Switzerland) Ltd is one of the country’s largest industrial enterprises.

The heart of the power plant business – encompassing research and development (R&D), engineering, project sales and conclusion, component production and service –is located at the group’s biggest single location in Baden/Birr. Global management of the Power sector is also conducted from Switzerland. The Transport sector is represented in Neuhausen am Rheinfall, Biel and Lausanne.

FINANCE AND ENGINEERING GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS

Alstom offers graduates with a business or an engineering degree the opportunity to apply for one of its development programs in the areas of finance and engineering – from plant engineering to hydro power. All our programs take you through a variety of assignments in different locations of the Alstom international network.

During our programs, you will be supported and coached by a personal mentor. Seminars and training sessions which will take place in different locations are an integral part of each program, allowing you to network with other trainees and build your knowledge. At the end of the program, you, together with your mentor and the program manager, will decide which job is best suited for you.
