Your tasks:

• Ensure a continuous Pool Standard Development according Pool Standard Policy
• Establish maintenance orders as well as maintenance and repair rules including technical minimum requirements in order to optimize and implement the Pool Standard
• Main fields for action are Reliability, Modification, Interchangeability and Limits of aircraft components in order to fulfill the internal requirements as well as customer services & support requirements
• Perform investigations due to technical occurrences and ensure implementation of corresponding measures
• Design of modifications based on own investigations and/or on request of other departments or customers
• Assess authority and manufacturer instructions and arrange the necessary measures
• Support, manage or lead interdisciplinary projects
• Interact with OEM’s and vendors to improve reliability of systems and components
• Support product management, sales & marketing in product placement and customer acquisition
   

Your profile:

To fulfill this position successfully, your qualifications must include:

• Higher education with Technical Degree or similar such as SR Technics Technician School level "HF" is required
• Analytical mindset
• Advanced Project Management Skills would be an advantage
• Good knowledge in MS-Office and SAP
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), German is desired
