Workstudent who assists the Compliance leader.Your responsibilities include matching IBM solutions to customer requirements and selling IBM offerings directly to customers or through IBM Business Partners. You will develop and maintain expertise in a designated set of IBM offerings. Your challenge will be to understand competition and develop appropriate winning sales strategies. Employees in this role will present the value of IBM solutions to all levels of customer management and drive services product line sales; and for the customer's satisfaction with the engagement and offerings. You have to be effective in teaming with other IBM sales and technical sales resources to provide complete solutions to customer business requirements.
Job description
- Analyse, document and close the compliance tickets on time (APAR/CIRATS) (gathering evidences through script, email and print screen)
- Update inventory (ARS/CEP) (GUI based)
- Make the regular users revalidation (CBN/QEV) (print screen, gathering evidences)
- Prepare capacity reports (excel based)
- Make the Service Activation/De-activation (print screens)
- Support us in tasks such as Inventory, MS office document creation (excel mainly...)
You are a student enrolled in a Swiss university or applied science school, completed basic studies (4 semesters) or you have a bachelor degree and you intend to continue with a master. You possess Swiss Civil Right or a residence permit.Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 1 year experience in MS Office - Excel
- At least 1 year experience in IT / General Networking technology
- At least 1 year experience in being able to track tickets and close them on time, proactive to follow-up on tasks with dispatchers and experts and willing to learn and collaborate
- At least 1 year experience in / with customers / understanding of compliance impact on Services & understanding of contractual obligations
- At least 1 year experience in being target oriented / attached to achieve tasks on time
- English: Fluent
- French: Intermediate
